disgusting bedside manner, non caring, walked away and left me in floods of tears, discharged myself left hospital in a wheel chair in chronic pain. received more information from my GP at my surgery, after looking at my MRI scan results, which is what you would expect from a specialist, even the nurses were appauled at my treatment he could greatly improve his approach to people and not make them feel like they are wasting his time. i am now having excellent treatment at Bath

Mr Pyrovolou, was amazing! In 2014 he diagnosed me with spondylolisthesis of my L5 after 5 years of being on strong painkiller and not being sent to see a specialist by my gp. He very quickly made sure that I had a nerve block to releave my pain and to carry out some further diagnostic test. He was very caring and we discussed my quality of life and need for surgery. He was clear about the risk involved with my type of surgery. He did my spinal fusion surgery after a few months. My surgery was very successful he relived my pain making my spine stable and releasing my nerves with help from Mr Bhatia. Although recovering from spinal surgery can be a lengthy process and a struggle 23 months on I can honestly say they saved my mobility. I am very thankful that he did this surgery for me and would highly recommend him as a surgeon.

I had decompression and fusion surgery on 24.6.14 which was performed by Mr N Pyrovolou, after 2 years of being in sometimes excruciating pain every day, I have had no pain since the operation was performed. Mr Pyrovolou Is very approachable and he listens to what you have to say. He explained my condition and treatment in plain English. I felt very reassured before the operation and trusted him completely. I have seen Mr Pyrovolou today for review after the operation and so far everything is fine. I don't know how to thank him enough. If anyone is hesitating about having this operation I would fully recommend that they see Mr Pyrovolou.
